Thread: Why I hunted Jedi.

Now I will admit I'm a Jedi hater. Not because they sometimes beat me in fights or because they ran or sat in their house or whatever.....the hunting part had nothing to do with the hating. In fact I made friends with alot of the Jedi I hunted when I would've otherwise had nothing to do with them.
I hated Jedi because of the effect they had on the game environment, the galactic civil war, and the game economy which was all negative.
I'm happy with the ideology behind the changes they are making. I don't like the world I've spent 2 and a half years making being basically demolished and I only wish that they had done it this way from the begining.
But now onto the topic.
I hunted Jedi because of the thrill and the challenge. Nothing gave you a rush like fighting another player that will do anything to win. With no galactic civil war there was no chance of this other than huntinga jedi (or being a hunted Jedi). It was the only reason I bothered getting the best of the best armor, weapons, food, attachments etc. I didn't need that stuff to do any of the other quests. It's also the only reason I became a good pvper. If not for Jedi missions I would've left the game and being a huge star wars fan I would've hated to do that.

I am hoping that this new game fills the void that will be left open when Jedi missions are gone. If there is no galactic civil war still....then I won't have fun playing.

To be fair you can't blame the Jedi, there just players. The Dev's are responsible for opening that pandora's box.

Since there will be no jedi hunting after NGE, if there isntmuch of a GCW in the NGE, ithink many are outa here.
I play to PVP, if i cant PVP, i gotta find another game.

I hunted Jedi because killing Klikniks (pre-CU) and Gurks (post-CU) can only keep me happy for so long.
The more Jedi I met, the less I liked them (with certain exceptions). The more I killed, the more I hated them (again, with certain limited exceptions).
Now that the devs are FINALLY giving in and making them roughly equivalent to the other combat classes, I don't need to hunt (or hate) them anymore.

If you want to PVP, you'll just have to find someone else who does. It is your kind that ruined the game for a lot of players.
