I lost 14k of high quality wooley and 12k known reactive gas. It just disappeared. That was 60 worth of stuff and a lot of gathering time. I have made 2 bug reports and no answer or action. I read in another forum that they were fixing these things.

You have to write up a CSR ticket. Hit ctrl h, which opens your holocron (in game guide). There is a button down at the bottom to send in a CSR ticket. It takes a while (days...weeks?) for a response, so don't expect the red sea to part for you this afternoon...

I'm curious what the circumstances in which you lost the stuff was...i don't want to loseany ofmine either! . I nearly shot someone at SOE when my backpack with 20 droids disappeared into thin air after the patch that nerfed the droid terminals. Luckily they fixed that bug and my techpack appeared back in my inventory the next day.

And yeah...what the above guy said...CSR won't read your post here.

Hell CSR won't read your report in-game either, but you'll be graced with a nice auto-response that has nothing to do with your problem 3 weeks later.

I was trading the resources for 60k cash, the other guy lagged out and dropped his connection and his money and my resources disappeared. Neither of us had hit accept or ok yet. I guess the bug reports dont work. I make it a habit of not trading in heavy lag ever.

firstly, before anymore posts like this are made use the search engine. 2ndly, this is a known bug but if u would first think and check the combat log it'll say imp force lightning single. u have the skill they jus didn't make an improvedicon for it

no no no, go into your combatchat log, should be right next to the spatial chat (place where u see how much damage u do) and it'll say player1 hits players2 with improved force lightning for 800 points of damage(100 kinetic) or something along those lines

mines not that detailed just says hits so and so for 509 points ofdamage

go into ur options (cntrl o) and go to the combat tab, and click on something that says show detailed or something like that
