Also, where can I find a novice level BH mission terminal? All I've seen so far have 60 to 91 difficulty level missions! How come? I thought that the cap level was 80.

no jedi npcs but there are npc missions u can take since u dont wanna hunt jediand if u ever get angry at some jedi u can take his mission too

No...you dont have to kill player Jedi. There are many "Vegitarian" Bounty Hunters out there. It's not uncommon. However before you knock it, you should try it first. It's a rush my friend...Get a fellowBounty Hunterand grab the same mission. You will see what I mean.
