Heard this MBH weapon was becoming available with 19. Any word on this yet? Quest obtainable? Craftable?

Yeah, I have one of them. I'm not sure what went into it, but the stats are *something like* this:
3.35 Speed
650 - 950 Damage
48 Elemental Electric
133 SAC
At least, the one I've got. A crafter made it for me for free, so I'm betting they used grind resources. As you can see from my template below, I don't have very good speed on the thing, and the SAC is bad. But a Master Rifleman might like it.

contact ur favorite wepsmith they can craft em.
my alt i use is wepsmith and so far seems best i can get is 1150 dam 82 SAC with +40 element dam making them technically 1190dam or highest rifle we have
