This has been bugging me for a while. Due to the animation lag I always get, I can't tell if the jedi is really healing when they are knocked down or not. It looks like they are...butit could be fromthe lag. A simple answer is all that is needed.

yes they can

yes they can heal while KD, but they cant heal while over water or in a vehicle or on a mount.
