Thread: Do you RP?

I enjoy the RP aspect of the game and do so with both of my toons... Jho Bho on Chilastra is a hard core BH who has a rabid hatred of the force and doesnt trust any who are infected with it. He seeks to stop the spread of the virus by erradicating those infected. Jho Bho on Ahazi was a Doc who has decided to go into the AS business.....
So, do yall RP or do you play simply for the PvP?

It's hard to RP when you get hate tells like:
"You Mother $^@#*&^ @!!$&*%!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DUEL ME YOU CHEAP MOTHER ^*$)(&%^ &$%^#!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
I usually just respond with:
"I'm a GANKSTA, Thanks for the credits!"

Heh, I love the hate tells. I LD into a shuttleport while tracking a mark, unfortunatly my mark and about 10 other jedi and 10 rebs were there as well! I got /duel by all the jedi before I was loaded! Then the hate tells started by everyone there...I just walked off.

I love to RP, just wish more people did rather than the typical crap that goes on atm....I started playing SWG because I like SW and wanted to RP ingame, guess we have been flooded by power gamers who dont identify with the SWU.

yah i love the roleplayer jedis with ther rp excuses "I was holding my son...........I would own you if i didn't have these 9 pickets on my A**!!!(if your that good why have trouble with 9 pickets?) im really a support jedi so i can't take many hits blah blah blah"

I dont give excuses, if I get beat I get beat...read the combat log and go from there...still love the one where I hit for 1 dmg! Sigh....

I joined SWG to RP as a Bounty Hunter. I have always liked the BHs in SW far more than any other characters and have never cared for the popular jedi. I jumped at the chance to grind out MBH and have been one for near a year now. Its a fun prof and one I enjoy RPing. How many of you BHs actually RP your toon? If so how and to what extent?

Yeah, I used to try, but it fails miserably.
Well, except this one time, where the Jedi actually went along with it. We had a 2500m chase to Keren, it was great.

It seems there are pockets of RPrs on certain servers. The whole reason I got SWG was to RP a BH. I think the game would be far more interesting and fun if more folks RPd rather than powergaming....just my opinion.
