Thread: Odd Findings with white-dot bounty missions

I recently took a mission and tracked my target only to have it show up as a white-dot.
Frustrated and tired, I sat next to hit and /logged.
Logging in this morning, he's right there, now a yellow dot and still with 31k HAM. Only thing is he was a double elite level 0 NPC. Yep, level 0. Yet, double elite. My curiosity piqued, I try to take this guy with no food, spice, etc. I start off with KD shot...and the guy never gets up. Apparently having a level of 0 prevents them from having KD recovery. Not entirely sure why. But I beat the guy, get the regular BH exp (little over 600) and go to loot (this wasa boss mark) and got nothing.
anybody else getting this bug?

Lol, yes. The exact scenario happened to me just yesterday. I KD'd him and he never got up.

it's very odd. I bugged it in game, and maybe Blix will see it here.

seems to be a problem with all bounty marks, not just white dots
this happened to me three times: a boss mark would slay me, i would clone and log off. the next day, when i would go back to attempt him again, he would be level 0 with no combat abilities and no loot.
