Do you all take the highest paid NCP mission ??

I do, yes. Or if I'm really feeling the part, I'll look at the mission description and see if it's catchy, then take it based on that. Rarely take missions under 30k though.

Also i forgot what has your loot been like ??
I do middle ncp missions
ie if theres a 3 lvl 80 missions, pick the middle
My loot pritty ok
bh schem and loads of smuggler loot and get one or 2 aa or ta per 20 to 30 missions
