how do i find an informant that will give me the info i need to find my target?...and what does stickied mean?

the stickies are the posts up top that never leave the top unless an admin removes them. There is a ton of BH stuff in there

Hey, I cant find a master lvl informant...and the lists are out of date.
anyone know where one is?

I personally liked to hunt out of dearic on talus.
Terminals are just outside the clone center, mlvl informant is on the other side of it, and there's also one in the starport where the ship lands right before you enter the SP.
