Thread: Jedi Cloak limitations
we can do anything we want but hop on bikes.. buy tickets.. we can use any force power we have.. aura, channel, whatever..
this is because we are still there, but just using the force to cloud your mind..
Cloak has some serious issues that need addressing. There are bugs that allow cloaked Jedi to attack, and bugs that allow them to be attacked. And those are just those that we can agree on.
IMO, Jedi shouldn't be able to do anything while cloaked that would draw attention to them. In other words, if the Jedi is doing something such that I know he is there without the use of a seeker droid, the cloak should break. Or, if the Jedi is under a state effect that would be obvious, such as leaving a huge trail of blood or is on fire. There comes a point where cloak is just not believable.
i was never able to meditiate while cloaked.. the power is working as intended.. move it to master, i dont care.. i am a master power jedi.. it is used and abused by so many people.. but using healing while cloaked is the same as healing while uncloaked..
also.. it is a bug that some people can dup, the attacking while cloaked.. but not every jedi with cloak uses this bug
I was getting worried that I couldn't find a post on the Bounty Hunter forums for once to reply with this too but then I saw this. ^^^

No cloaker is going to sit the while you bring in herds to try and decloak them. Cloaking drains from the force pool, force pool is determained by the Jedi template. Then there is the regeneration rates to consider.
If you are hunting a cloaker, and he cloaks, best to just drop it and move on. A smart one won't be caught that easily. Be thankfull it's not a master enhancer, they will put you in stasis, walk up, /tease you and FR3 off.
