also, i think you are not taking into accout the drain on the force pool while cloaked. with that small max force, it will only take a couple of npc / players to drain you fast.
but, that said; this is talked about alot, and i would really like to hear from someone who has done it, if anyone. i think alot of ppl think about this, but once they get the first hit of jedicrack, they just have to go all the way
As a BH I have found that I am the one to initiate combat. So I can uncloak then equip armor then attack. I would not be in battle when I exuipped my armor. All of this can be done in under 2 seconds.
As for the draining of the force. You would have to be mindful of your surroundings but you should be able to get fairly close to that Jedi tanking the lair for his group and wait untill he ha AI'ed a few times or is about to incap.....or better yet just incapped and you can save the power-up charges on your weapon and just DB

Jus tthought I would get some input. Getting close to being done with the template.
Master Bounty Hunter
Combat Medic 4000
Powers 0400
Defender 4000
I still have almost 900 DPS with my carbine and meele defense will be around 250. With tapes, my defense will be right at 300. Add on top of this 7007 energy resist armor.
I am thinking I can stalk my mark very easily cloaked and wait until that oportune time to pounce. Uncloak, armor macro, KD, done! Even if i miscalculate my initial attack, damage should be light and easy to heal.
Anyone have this type of template and how is it working out for you?
Not to call into question your stats, but I am finding it hard to see how you would have the offense to win. Especially considering your accuracy is only 112.
Assuming you Master Combat Prowess and go Reflexes 4400,your Speed would be 52, you would have to have a TON of speed tapes to get to 900 DPS.
Your Melee defense would be 250 and Ranged would be 185, so with tapes and BE would could get to your numbers, but those tapes come at the expense of speed tapes.
Just wondering, how did you figure you would get to that 900 DPS?
