Sorry if this has been discussed before. I have never seen this mentioned in temp thread that I have read.

I'm planning on mbh and mc. As for the rest I was thinking of cm 1003. This would give paralyze and improved electrolyte drain. Would the 1 in the distance healing line give enough healing ability for PvE and PvP?

Your healing should be fine. Get some bioclothing, right now low level medics can heal for 1k with a droid/clothes

I can tell you right now having gone through the cm grind, your bio-suppression will be to low. With out ALOT of money spent on ca/aa, your sucess rate of hitting the debuff's will be maybe 1in10, maybe even as low as 1in15. You would be better off going for the DOT's, at least there your chance of having it stick would be slightly better, around 1in5 (for cm1300).
