I was fighting a full temp Jedi this weekend and noticed during the 15 minute or so fight that once I healed, my mind wouldn't regen...even though I was buffed to enhance this regen rate....after losing the fight sadly.......the jedi told me she used Force Shock to prevent my mind from healing.......so essentially my minutes were numbered because as I healed, my mind got lower and lower.....until I couldn't heal anymore. Does anyone know a way to mitigate this??? Anyone have experience combatting this???
I just wanted to add that after 15 minutes with my best scatter that is capped for damage.......I only had her down to 60% force pool.......then a half hour later fought a half template who is MLS........10 minute fight......I lost.........85% force pool. Even with my bomb droids which are awesome...and quite funny at times....I still lost. I can do a lot of damage and I have 4040 Medic with Novice Doctor and Stim Ds with Ruby Biel and Snow White or whatever it is........so I can heal about 1500 points with skills every 5 seconds and Stim Ds that are around 1120 every 30 seconds........so my fights last a long time but in the end I can't find a good strategy to effectively take out an MLS/Full Temp.

Just be thankful that Jedi debuffs are not equal to CM's or you would be in real trouble.

if you let an mls jedi with a decent saber get inside 6m, you are going to lose, and well you should. if you can stand toe to toe with an mls jedi, then there is really no point to the game at all.

Jedi debuffs are crap. shock and sap are nothing compared to their CM counter-parts.
Tip to defeating a Jedi: stay the hell away. If you let the jedi get close enough to you that they can swing at you, then you've allready lost.

Heh, I dont mind if the jedi get close. 8.2k recon armor, ADK'd + 75% armor break, I tank just as well as they do.

Spiced Tea / Booster Blue are key factors here, you need to make sure you keep your mind up, manage your attacks, dont heal in stupid situations where you are barly loosing health. Keep the jedi outside 5 meters so they cant use there main attacks, though as a pistoleer you will always have to deal with Saber throw since it has a 35m range. Make sure to get your armor 75% Armor Break Sliced so that when they armor beak you, you only take 25% more damage when it sticks. Also you may wanna rethink your template to something alittle more useful, you need more ability to keep the jedi under control. In 90%of all jedi fights with a full temp you will NOT WIN THE FIGHT BY OVERPOWER/OUTDAMAGING. The key is to wear the force pool down. So fight the good fight, stay away, keep the damage comming to wear out the force pool.

Well I generally try and root to stay ranged.....I have both ranged cybernetic arms so my pistol range is 45m......do any of you BH burst run during fighting??? I normally don't. I alsouse armor that is around 6000-7000 kinetic with 5400+ energy resists. Are there any Armor attachmentsto Defend against KD???? That's one of my main problems really.....during my fighting I never know when I'mknocked down...because of lag.......so then I'm spammingKD recovery....which sometimes fails to work and gives you the "You can't use KD Recovery while Knocked down" That's choice.

Mistake #1 - Thats a HUGE armor hole. When you start getting hit for 1k damage, you'll know why.
Mistake #2 - I usually burstrun twice.
Mistake #3 - you should use 8k or 7k armor. Why would you have so high kinetic for Jedi ENERGY sabers?
Mistake #4 - click it once.

Don't forget that nice Accuracy penatly. People look at the Cyber arms and see -10 Melee/-10 ranged accuracy and say bah that's not much of a difference......well it actually is since the 10 represents 10% of your accuracy lol. I had my BH with two cyber arms and couldn't understand why I missed so much with 309 accuarcy. When I looked in my stats sheetI had 15-20% negative accuracy from using the arms, that's the problem.

This isn't a Flame or anything just a correction. Force Shock is the Skill that Reduces resistances to States. Force Sap is the Debuff that lowers regen.
