Thread: Jedi get to heal while kd...why?

Why is it that every other profession can heal to some extent but not while kd. Why is this a jedi only thing. There is not one reason why a jedi should be able to heal while kd and no one esle can. This is the most unbalanceing thig in the game, either everyone should be able to or no one should. I've lost many fights when i got kd and the kd bug and couldnt heal, where if i kd a jedi he can just lay there and heal away, this is unfair and should be looked at.

I figured i'd get that stupid response from at least one guy. Really it's not a force skill that he has to earn like cloak or force run so there is no reason they should be able to do it.

When the Devs make a Bounty Hunter Village that takes you 4.5 months to complete, you can come crying to me about not being able to heal when knocked down. Jedi are nerfed enough, and im a bounty hunter..stop your whining or uninstall the game. End of story.

I have no trouble with jedi healing on their back. If they couldnt heal while KD'd, it would be extremely easy to beat them.
Get them to 50%. Hit knockdown, critical, torso. They hit KD recovery. You hit Startle shot. Those 3 specials put them at 10% health, and you finish the job.
They need the finisher heal.

When you're heals cost Force like mine do, then you can call it unfair.

Please just because it takes you longer to get a jedi dosent mean you should be all uber super powerful, i'm sooooo tired of hearing that. And let me guess, your bh solos full temp master def/mls all the time....blah blah blah.

Because Jedi are supposed to be more powerful than everyone else, ... but not too powerful. This is another example of how their healing abilities are just a little bit better than everyone else's. I have no problem with their ability to heal on their backs. It's not too unbalancing. The OP mentions that because of the KD bug, the Jedi healing abilities unbalance the game. However, you cannot balance things against bugs because bugs are not part of the design. The OP makes a nonsensical argument.

Did I say that I wanted to be Uber super powerful? No I did not.
Fact is when my force runs out I am dead, you have no force pool, so you can spam 3 seperate heals on 3 seperate timers as long as your mind holds out at 4000 Doc or CM.
I have 1 Heal on a single 6 second timer. Anyone with 4000 Doc or CM can outheal a Jedi pound for pound.
Yes I have an alt BH, he is MBH/MPistols/4000CM, no I don't solo MDefs all the time, but I have killed a few of them, and they take a good 25 - 30 mins to kill with a Pistoleer.

lmao I love the cry's for nerfin....last i checked as a bh and on my other toon as a swordsman i can heal while on my back with a stim....are you really that thick? I remember when people thought fencers were godlike and had them nerfed also.....what a joke some people are this thread makes want to puke...

Actually, that IS what it means..and actually, I don't solo anything, I just pick up chicks.

The kd bug was just an example, the point is it's unfair and there is no reason for it, like i said it's not an earned skill so there is no reason why it should be jedi only. And it does make a difference in hunting jedi marks. Even if their heals take force they heal half as much because you can in no way do the damage to them that they can do to you. You can hit hard on a first strike sniper shot but after that you cant hit for 800 to 1k or over hits consistantly like a jedi can. Sh!t i had a guy hitting me for over 500 with just saber throw, then kd a few 800 to 1k hits later and bye bye, by the time i could have gotten up and healed it was over.
