Well, to be honest, your pretty lame if you have nothing better to do than "go around dantooine and just walk up to jedi spin groups". However, I have done something similar to what you described, though I didnt go looking for it because I had nothing else to do. I was doing an NPC BH mission which took me to Endor. When I loaded at the SO I saw I had several duel challenges from a group of Jedi that were gathering to do the bunker. All but 1 had ended their duels. Well, my mark updated close to the other starport, so i bought a ticket, went over to the droid, pulled up the ticket selection window, then clicked on the jedi that had challenged me. I hit him with an underhanded shot just to knock him down and imbarress him in front of his friends then disappeared to the other starport
