What level do you become when you reach Novice Bounty Hunter? Anyone know what level you become with Master Marksman? Which is better?

14 Assuming all you have is Ranged IV and Explore IV (which is unlikely)

Only level 14 for Novice Bounty Hunter? Some people have said its in the 30's-50's. How is that possible? I am level 17 right now and have a Level 1 Carbineer skill.
