...Pub 20 will, in the long run, be worse for Jedi than BH. Why? Because many Jedi guilds are (almost fanatically) concerned with delegating BH Alts to hold their own guild Jedi's missions so that fewer (or no BHs) can hunt them.
Ever wonder why you only see 225ks on the terminal and rarely any lower amounts, even when you know they are gaining visibility? It's because they have friends, and their own alt, to hold their mission. What, you thought the Jedi hunted other Jedi with his BH alt? 
This will make everyone fair game, which I'm personally excited about.

Having the names off the terms is worth it if for no other reason than an end to "mission camping."
The Jedi on my "to-do" list may take a while to come up for me, but at least they'll be there now.

now jedis don't have to worry about holding their own missions, they can have huge gay kashykk grinding orgies and only worry about a bh who has enough time on his hands to search through an entire planet including serveral levels of instances with a pinky finger that can tab at rates unknown to man

But you get the satisfaction that they lose XP. Do you really need money for it?
Anyway, I can't wait until mission camping is over. Now EVERY Jedi will be fair game.

We cant go ahead of time to get names, or pay informants to list jedi and the instance because we have no way of searching for them on the terms. This is going to be a problem. I'm not gonna run through 6 instances of the trail 'hoping' my mark 'might' be there. XP needs to be turn off on kash or fix the droids if this goes through.

obviously your server doesn't have the same program we have going on, or your just not taking advantage of it
bhs who have missions on kashykk go through searching for their targets, while doing this they write down the names of all the jedis they see grinding and where they are grinding, and if they are afk or not
they then make this information public via, forum, email and tells, making it extremely easy to kill jedis grinding on kashykk (most of them are free afk kills)
if that isn't justice... i don't know what is

Careful, this could be ban for people doing this. See post from Garva elsewhere about these types of lists.
Nothing against in game tells etc, but posting lists on the forum is not the way to go.

Here is one problem I am seeing. Just suppose that you do get a mission on the same jedi 2x in the same day. I know the odds are low on this without a name to go off. Yet is this still considered griefing if you decided to kill the lil' bugger when you found him the 2nd time?

I also have serious issues about the Kashyyyk grinding jedi. At no point are we being given the name of the jedi which means every single jedi who still needs to grind will end up on that planet. So when we get the mission for one of these guys, we'll have to hit tab constantly trying to see if one of them lights up.
I personally feel that we should be getting the name at some point during the process. I'd say after talking the spynet op.
