This way, if a BH loses enough PPs, he can no longer take PvP bounties, and must accumulate more PPs on PvE bounties first."
This is actually a pretty good idea. Some other things to the PP system could be like this:
1. Taking the same jedi more than once every "x" number of times results in PP loss.
2. Setting PP levels so that once you reach a certain level (after killing so many paddys/knights/etc.) makes it so that if you continue to kill paddies, you gain fewer and fewer PP's (kinda like the xp system) or even lose prestige points after a while.
3. Once you reach a certain PP level, you gain an "elite BH" status and can start going for the Jedi Masters (once FRS returns), and even can group with other elites to take down the Masters.
I think this would work to prevent the "bottom feeders" and actually give BH's a reason to hunt the full templates and masters.

ok, this visibilty thing is a perty lame until i saw #3 because if im understanding this right the more they kill things with people or NPC's near they will get higher Visibility and that means that they will have to be good to get that high and then they will get theyre name posted which will allow the group level. Yes, you understand the vis concept correctly. Jedi that are good enough to consistently defeat solo BH will eventually become notorious, and will have a large named bounty on the terms, allowing a group of BH to take them on. This, coupled with my proposed 'de-buff' for negative xp (perhaps only for full temp??), should ensure that all jedi, no matter what template/level will have something to fear/lose from gaining vis. It also ensures that the full temp/good PvPers still have a challenge to enjoy.
As far as PPs are concerned, I just liked the idea of having something tangible to lose as a BH. Nothing as serious as jedi, because we are not an alpha class, and so should stand to lose less than them, but something none-the-less. Remeber, if you are killed by a 'master' (post FRSobviously) you will only lose a very few PP's. You only stand to lose a lot of PPs if you are killed by a paddy. I also don't propose that many PvE successes would be required to get enough PP's to hunt jedi, but I do like the idea that there is some sort of penalty for consistently losing. If nothing else, the jedi debuff and the BH PP loss together should prevent the formation of 'fight-clubs', etc. Otherwise I could forsee full temp jedi (currently with nothing to lose from death) allowing themselves to be killed by their BH friend to help them get PP's. whilst if the new FRS has anything at all to do with BHvJedi combat results, BH (currently with nothing to lose) allowing themsleves to be killed by their jedi friends to help boost their FRS rating. The penalties I suggest should prevent this sort of thing from happening.
This is an extremely well-thought-out and sensible system that I think would work very well for everyone and give both BH and Jedi more content and more fun.

I posted the same ideas on the jedi forum, and amazingly both jedi and BH seem to like them! I didn't think it was really possible for these 2 sets of players to agree on something!
Maybe Tanks and the jedi corr might read them and push them forward to the devs to consider?

Just as a side note for you all to get a good giggle from. Im a MCH/respec MBH it goes good with ch and i always wanted to hunt jedi. now not the best (or even a fair lol) template for hunting jedi but i figure i could take a 200k jedi not that i have been able to find out though they seem to be very frightened of my 3 narglatches, i have had no fewer than 10 200k - 211k jedis flee with in the first 5 secs of the cats chomping them
now since im useing my spare points in cm healing what would you guys recomend those points being put in to incourage my marks to stick around long enough for me to kill them LOL. just thought you might get a laugh over jedis running from a MCH.
