Hi guys,
Just returnedto the game after being away for a few months (pre-CU) and I expected a few changes with my existing BH character after the CU hit. But, does anybody know why the BH terminal missions seem to be too difficult? I've seen a few posts stating that they're actually too easy, but thats not the case with me.
My character was CU'd into a lvl 25 BH with Master Scout and MasterMarksman under her belt. Prior to the CU, I would go to BH terminals andall the markswere around the same reward (from 15k to 19k) and fairly close to my own lvl... now, the money is the same but every mission that they offer - EVERY mission - gives me marks that are at least lvl 50 who cut me down in seconds. I've tried everything to get the terminals to give me lower NPC bounties but no luck.
Anybody else experience this and if so, what did you do to even things out?
PS. does anyone know exactly what the game takes into account to base your Combat Level on?
Thanks in advance for any answers

From the pub notes pub 20 should fix this but u should really grind the rest of ur weapon boxes and other profession before u try the invst tree neways. U gonna hunt jedi with bh 4xxx and the marks and scout tree?

Not sure if I want to hunt Jedi or not. The only reason I still have Master Scout and Master Marksman along with my BH is because when I stopped playing, thats the only way you could get to be a BH. Seems like it's a hell of alot easier now to get Elite professions.
I thought about respec'ing into Master BH, but I think that Master Scout and Master Marksman may be beneficialforme in the end. I'll just grind up to Master BH the old fashioned way.
Any other thoughts or views are welcome

You will have a weak template if you keep MM and MS along with achieving MBH the old way. Too many lower level skill points invested keeping you out of the upper trees.
Drop the scouting and marksman skills that you don't need to achieve whatever elite profession you decide on to augment MBH. I would suggest deciding on one of the 3 weapons to master, and then fully investing sp into just that one and remove the skills from the rest. Personally Ilike pistols far more than rifle or carbs due to the defensive advantage and the scatter availability the MBH gives, but that's an individual choice. There are other alternatives as well, the best MBH I know ingame is a MCH in addition to MBH.
For the third profession, I'd go the way of the masses and take the healing line of CM. Good defensive mods in both ranged and melee, and the improved healing efficiency is nice to have along with the two skills you learn.
Just my ideas.
