What is some good food to eat in this game as a BH? Same with Spice. What stacks well?

In all honesty, it completely depends on your template and how you plan to attack the Jedi.
One essential is Vegaparsine, gives you around +99 melee defense. While I don't recall the name, you'll also want to make sure you have the food that gives you instant burst run for free...low filling, and lets you keep up with Jedi that want to Force Run away from you.
On an armor note, it's essential you have good Recon armor...lightsabers do energy damage. Make sure you have good Stim D's as well to heal yourself, even as a healer profession it can help. An experimental PSG helps a bit too, though it'll go quick.
Past that, if you're a healer/BH combo definitely want some Spiced Tea for the mind, perhaps Muon Gold if you need it (though it will slow your action regen).
Myself, I'm a MBH/MSL/Pistoleer right now so action and health are everything to me. I use Breath of Heaven for the health/action buffs, Canape for action, Neuron Pixie for a solid health/action buff, and of course the vegaparsine. I've not used it yet, but I know there is a food (I think synthsteak?) that can reduce the damage you take for a short time, and for real hotspots there is a food that gives you ridiculous accuracy bonuses for about twenty seconds.
Try contacting a couple Master Chefs on your server and ask them what they would recommend for a good food combination, based off of your current skillset. You'd be surprised how useful that can be.

Ooops, forgot to mention...
The reason this depends on how you plan to attack is because there are really two ways to do it...either try to kill them fast, or try to outlast them (which I don't recommend trying to do unless you are a healer).
If you're going for full assault, stack food going for 100% offense and make sure you get a speed buff along with your action & health buffs. ESSENTIAL. Then you want to maximize your action pool and it's regeneration, not focusing so much on mind and health. You're trying to kill them quickly with this.
If you want to try to outlast them, you'd definitely want the food (again, forget the name) that will let you use Stimpack ever 30 seconds instead of every 60 seconds. If you have any healing skills, you'll want to maximize regen on that as well as your health. I'd tell you to get a second weapon made with 100% focus on getting the lowest special action cost (SAC) possible and a not-so-great speed, and when you're action gets low switch to it so you're still dishing out some damage slowly while rebuilding your action. Action gets up, swap weapons and pour on the damage again.
I REALLY recommend talking to a Master Chef or two, as some food will not stack with others. Blob Candy and Noodles come to mind with this. You would really hate to get out there just to find out you can't stack your food & drink as you thought you'd be able to.
And LAST thing...I swear...if you're able to run missions out of the Village, run the missions to get yourself the Health Crystal (+2000 health for two hours, useable once every three days) and Mind Crystal (+900 for 90 minutes, useable once every four days). Health Crystal is...phase two I believe? Mind Crystal is phase three, and you have to do that mission with a partner in order to receive it. Once you use them you have to wait three/four days to do so again, but you can run the missions everytime that Phase comes around and get another one.
Hope all of this helped!
