I'm just asking about the second side to making money off BH

Easy enough to answer. Take a couple minutes (not being sarcastic here) and do a search about harrasment policy. You will see that most of what you are listing with the exception of the fourth (sedond to last) one as far as I can tell, is definately griefing serving no legitimate purpose to game pay and only causing grief to other players through harassment or through "cheating" them out of money (read the trade policies as well).

good luck and I got to agree with the first player. just kill em. or maybe follow them around without tells for a few minutes then attack.

the second item on the post. I would say if they gave you the money without you asking and you db them its fine but if you ask for the cash then db them.... very questionable and deserving of a warning.

Yeah, don't send them tells or anything, just occasionally show up close to them, armed and armored within firing distance, and wait there for a few minutes to make them sweat, wondering when you'll finally attack.

That's not harassment: It's bad tactics. No CSR can blame you for that!

If you take payment, you must drop their mission, if you scare them into thinking it they're idiots and should make sure you have the TEF first.

I would say anythings fair...as long as you dont say.."you dont want to lose xp now do you"

Ask yourself a real simple question, man...are you a fair & honorable guy, or a greedy coward?

When I hunt my marks, I'm about as honorable as I can be. Do I jump right in and start shooting? Your damn right I do. Do I sit there waiting for them to get weakened if they're hunting? Nope. Do I gloat while I'm doing it? Nope. After I kill them I run a macro of my character taking their saber, dusting it off and putting it into a bag, then say something in respects to the dead. Have yet to have anyone pissed at me, usually they like the macro animation at the end.

If I get a Jedi down pretty low on health and it's obvious I'll win, occasionally they'll try to pay me off. Don't accept it! Nice and easy. On the rare occasion they tip it to me and then tell me they paid me, I kill them, tip it back and say I'm not for rehire.

You'd be surprised the kind of reputation you can build around your character in the game, and if you start pulling crap like what you've mentioned (and to be fair, I'm not assuming you do...you're asking, and that's a good thing) you'll have a lot of people out to get you. That could mean setting you up to be reported or banned.

Personally, I like the idea of the Dark Jedi (I hunt Imperial Jedi exclusively, don't hunt my own faction) thinking of me as cold and calculating, not as a Car Salesman with a pistol at his side.

Keep it simple.

If you agree to drop a mission in return for getting paid and you dont follow through you are guilty of trade fraud since you violated a trade agreement. This can get you a warning on your account and a perma ban if repeated too often. Also, more than likely the CSR will take the money from you and give it back to the Jedi and he might also give the xp lost back to the Jedi.
If you get tips without any comments or if you get a tip and you didnt agree to do anything, you can do whatever you want - just tipping a BH does not imply he has to drop a mission.
If you follow them around and tell them you have their mission when in fact you dont have their mission it is harassment, also. If you actually have their mission it might be a close call and I would say it depends on the CSR.
