Unless you want to group heal, I would suggest Medic 0230. That gives you BactaToss and most of the healing efficiency for the same number of skill points.

well if you are still getting the medic line and not going to CM or Doc, then x/x/4/x, for the Healing Eff. That stat is what determines how well you heal. I would then go out and buy BE Clothing with up to +25 total in Healing Eff. BE stats cap at +25, so even if you had 2 pieces at +25 each, only +25 would actually work.

You could always go the new FOTM Route, MBH MR Pistoleer 0003 Medic 0020 w/ +25 Med Eff Shirt

if i were you id get 0400 for the healing efficiency makes your stims and bacta shots heal for more

0400 gives the CM heals of Bacta Toss and Bacta Spray in addition to Bacta Shot, with Healing Efficiency of +5.
0040 gives Bacta Shot only with Healing Efficiency of +25
0230 gives Bacta Toss and Bacta Shot with Healing Efficiency of +20
All of the above take 29 skill points.
Instant Stims arenot impacted by Healing Efficiency.
