Thread: What is the capp on BH xp at novice BH?

I am currently at 6,200 Bounty Hunter XP and haven't trained up in any investigation. I'm getting about 300xp per "novice" bh mission right now. Would it be quicker for me to train to 2xxx bh and run missions that require a tracking droid or would it be quicker to just continue running novice level missions for 300 xp per?
What kind of xp can I expect at 2xxx bh per mission (for lvl 78/79 missions - i'm clv 72)

Caps at 10k. Level to the cap to reduce the amount of Inv. 2 missions you have to do. They are lame and don't give any better xp than the ones you do now so the fewer you have to do the better. Inv. 3 are a lot more fun.

Oh...
Well, pre-CU the best way to do Investigation would be to cap youre BH XP at 10k at simply Novice... Then go train Inv1 and Inv2 (this will take you halfway through Inv2 cause youre droids will be quite slow and "inaccuract" so you finish Inv2 as fast as possible and things will speed up at Investigation III
Of cource, this was pre-CU im not sure how it is now? But my guess is its not that diffrent!!!

Investigation 1 - 1,000 xp
Investigation 2 - 5,000 xp
Investigation 3 - 10,000 xp
Investigation 4 - 18,000 xp
I can train in investigation 2 now (currently 0444) but I think I'll get my cap at 10,000 and be halfway to getting inv. 3 before I train. Thanks for the input!
