Good rule against cloakers: If they actually manage to cloak, run in the other direction as fast as you can for 2.5 minutes. Otherwise you run the risk of a full template popping up right next to you and you will find yourself KDed, armorbroken and taking a lot of damage. After 2.5 minutes, start tracking again and stalk them until they are in the middle of a creature or NPC crowd and open up with roots / snipershot and so on.

Thanks for the advice, it's a whole new ball game for me and I'm going to be learning a lot in the near future.

After actually getting one online, he was on Dathomir. When I got there, he was heading towards the village so I made my way over. After following him for an hour or so his pattern was he and two other guildies were heading out, one was circling and two were attacking mobs. They were always heading out North.
Doing an examine on the guy showed he had a lot of badges, so he was prolly quite experienced. Now, seeing how before pub 20 I would go for bounties inthe 140-160k range it was quite interesting.
He returned to the village in his usual pattern so I placed myself under cover, and as he drove past I managed to get 3 conceal shots on him, it took him well below 1k health before he ran and cloaked.
This is where I made my mistake. I went to try and find him. I should have just given it up here.
Anyway he came out of cloak with practically everything possible applied, and there was no way I could keep up with his healing. So I died. No problem, it was fun.
We had a little chat afterwards, turned out he was a full templateknight. The thing for me is, one more initial shot would have been it.There were some things I could have done better, but I was only playing it to see how the new system went. I have to assume every mark is a knight now.
I know I'll stay with BH, I've been it for 12months. I have a little RP thing that justifies the new system to me. But now I shall tailor myself to maximise that attack potential.
