Thread: Combat Medic / BH Discussion The Professionals
Dominique, thanks for the post. I shared tactics (specifically kashykk) in another post. I am not currently a CM. I have an Alt toon (Tonie actually) and he is an MBH/Msmug/pistolsXXX4 I want to drop smug for some CM.
I read and read on the forums but I find little info on heal timers. does being a CM allow you to stack heals or do the heals come faster? or both?
sorry for the stupid question but I thought I would take the opportunity of asking.
thyrid, electrolight drain, then shock, if they are MLS a also pop a hemorage with them, then I use tims to heal until my mind regens to at least 3/4. then I root, and apply poison/fire. kd every 3 secs, and keep hitting him with bleed when he kd's (makes the tick bigger)

Hello fellow combat medics
ever since the CU, this has become an extremely effective build
i personally have been able to take out some of the most famous
full templated jedis on my server
I would like to hear tactics from other cm / bhs
as well as share some of mine with all of you
I would also like to hear some of your templates
I currently have decided to pickup the marksman line from carbineer
for the high damagine leg shot as well as a very effective double snare
What type of foods do you all eat?
I just use mando wine and booster blue plus accuracy food
I currently enjoy taking a kusko swirl / Spiced tea combo
as well as cirtus snow cake for healing boost (as melee defense is currently bugged)
I save the stomach space for synth if I get in big trouble
also Booster Blue is my choice of spice, and i alternate between drinking
deutrium pyro and ruby bial (when i'm out of mind)
I drink ruby right before a fight, and let it digest, otherwise drink space is for mando for those 30 min fights
with the ruby bial and healing combination, i can almost heal forever
anyone care to share their tactics?
I would really love to hear from other cms who can takeout full templates like beasts

i personally come out with the carbine attacks laying on heavy damage in the very beginning, the reason i do this is to keep the jedi on the defensive rather than offense
most jedis when you start shooting them will be caught off guard and a couple of hits will take their life way down, they will heal then come after you, then i lay on the snare (double snare if they root me or kd me) and keep laying on the damage till my action runs low
i feel this keeps the jedis from pounding on me at the beginning of the fight and also forces them to use some of their mind and force once i run low on action i toss my poisons and start debuffing
thyroid rupture, tramautize, electro drain etc . some jedis like master defenders its almost impossible to run their mind down because they heal so little and the only thing that really does damage to them is dots because they block so much
so i don't bother using traumatize or wasting certain debuffs just because mind is such a prescious thing to me when i fight
i always use ruby bial + stims when low on mind, people feel that since you're a cm you shouldn't have to use stims
but the fact of the matter is, you use way more mind, so its more of a reason to use stims, plus it gives you ever lasting healing (almost)
i try to use paralyze very rarley as it takes so much mind to use
i try to conserve confusion shot and kd shot for when i get rooted
i think kd is wasted way too much by most people, i think it should be saved for when a jedi is low on hp
so you can quickly kd / crit
or for when you get rooted
also i try not to kd unless the person is dizzy, because i'm quite sure dizzy keeps them down longer
