you won't get them on kashykk, you will have target the jedi and check the radial menu to see if you have the attack option. This tactic works fine as long as you click or tab fast trhough the targets.

Sometimes you have to be within 500 meters or less ot get name some times you don't. Also if you track a mark to endor as an exmaple, and the mark is in teh deathwatch bunker, you have to go inside the bunker and launch a droid, at that time you should getthe name. tracking also works while the mark is in space (seems ot sometimes, I have tracked marks in kashykk space and gotten a name)

Based on my experience from hunting jedi since publish 20,

You don't ever get the names. You get a waypoint with your seeker droids. You have to figure out the name for yourself. My missions never got updated with a name. Hunted jedi on Tattoine and Naboo.

I have gotten names but only after repeated seekers. I'm hunting a Jedi on Kashyyyk right now and I've yet to get a name. I've tried both seek and track commands on the seeker.

you get names from space, that is odd

yes and the waypoint indicator is just sittin there in free psace, looks cool (like a comet) works fine if you are both there.
