what would be the best jedi killing and pvping template out of these options, MBH MCM pistoler xxx4 (for stopping shot), MBH Master Pistoller, xxx4 cm. any other bounty hunter and pvp templates welcome, your input is much appriciated.

The Best Jedi Killing Temp has got to be MDEF/MBH

Not sure if there are enough skillpoints to make it, but whatever.... if you have a respec available you might want to use it to get out of BHing after the next publish.
