im a master carb 1/4/4/4 bh and all the bounties i do get me 171 xp each and i cant stand it takes so long is there a faster way or am i doing something wrong.

o my falt qand i d like the grind as long as i get a proton carb in the end rephrase as long as i can wield myy proton carb

Slicing terminals in forward outposts(easiest) will get you 1000 xp a pop.

or here is an idea, actually grind out the profession the way we had to, instead of slicing bases or doing all these other things, learn to hunt, learn the tricks of the trade man. and dont use a protone carbine, its such an obvious weapon against jedi, and not strong at all.

I spent the last 2 weeks grinding the invest line. Just finished in time for 2 x XP to start lol.
As you work up the trees the xp will increase so you wont only get 170 odd all the time. Like someone said spend this time working on your trade, try out different foods, specials etc.
One thing I noticed was every mission I got on Yavin turned out to be bugged somehow so you might want to drop them ones for now.

There are some things you can do to make the grind easier:
- dont hunt without Inspiration
- cancel all missions on Dathomir, Yavin 4 and Endor immediately and go back to get another. the time it takes to get there and back isn't effective because they are rarely within commuting distance
- hunt out of Dearic Starport on Talus or Kaadara on Naboo where the terminals and informants are close to the starports and the starports are close to the wild where you can call your Arakyd Probe Droids (I favour Dearic because it is less populated with players and NPCs so less lag)
- RTFM! If you had read the BH guide in the stickies above, you would have discovered the wisdom that you should acquire the XP for BH Inv 2 before learning 1 because then you can do missions on your same planet for that bit longer
- remember all the lovely SEAs you will get from looting versus slicling mission terminals.
