I think the new Combat System will have at least one positive side to it: It will stop the hate between our two professions. Since Jedi are balanced now there will be no reason for any hate going on between any of us anymore. I had some tough fights with some of you guys and most of you have been honorable opponents that sometimes even stopped hunting me, because they noticed that I was a Jedi roleplayer. I actually wouldn't mind player bounties still being active (without the Death Penalty because we aren't stronger anymore, though), but it seems like the Devs think otherwise.
I'm going to remain a Jedi, because I've never played the class to be uber or to pwn anyone. I was in it strictly for the roleplaying and so I should still be. I hope you Bounty Hunters stay true to yourselves as well!
I always thought that that the only way to safe the game for all of us was either to take out Jedi from the GCW or balance them with all other professions while removing the penalties the class comes with. The former thing happened, while I would have prefered the first one. Oh, well, you can not have everything, I guess.

Peace Treaty:

I hereby declare that the War between Jedi and Bounty Hunters is over. From now on I will try to respect all other professions, laying down the hate that went on between us. I'm going to play together with all other professions, not against them. We are all in this together and will try to contribute to a balanced game for all of us. There is no reason that hate between Jedi and Bounty Hunters should exist any longer.

i was a MBH/Mpistoleer pre cu liked it so much i made 3 others just like it... then i made 1 into a jedi..

Now as a MBH/MCM on flurry and a MBH/MPistoleer and eclipse and a JEDI on eclipse.

And speaking as a MBH and a JEDI i say NO!! i like hating them too much!!!!! now dont get me wrong all my friends are BHs or Jedi and really all this nerfing started cause mabey 1 in 30 bhs could beat a jedi and all these people that shoulda never came into the BH prof in the first place cried nerf nerf nerf and moved on but since the CU you have these spoiled little BH brats that win and win and even win more and gloat about it not knowing they are being ripped off!!

Actually saw this today a MBH/MCM couldnt take down a jedi friend of mine and the BH said im bored only after 5 minutes and wanted the jedi to pay him off for waisting his time!!!

to all the old bhs who went through many defeats cheers as a jedi i will miss the good fights!!! to all these little spoiled brats HAHAHAHAHAH!!!!! cant touch this!

actually you have to use peace treaties when there is a war.....uhhhh, wars over buddy...you lost....you never did your job at jedi population control, never slowed down the advancement of jedi, and now and unfortunatly, you are impotent from 11-15 and beyond to do anything to jedi.you will loose your combat med skills on top of that and established vet jedi are getting some parting gifts for putting up with soe lies.....wait till we see you in the gcw....epVIII "revenge of the jedi begins"....

One of the reasons I have been against player bounties is because of all the hate it have created! A game should not create hate, but happyness, no matter what you are playing. So I am quite happy with those changes.

I as so many others are ofcource like you guys and gals afraid of what the CU2 will bring. Most jedi have after all spent QUITE some time grinding, and we do not ofcource like to see our time spent making our jedi wasted. So personally I think this is a small price the BHs pay compared to the jedi. But besides that: I hope we now can have peace. A few on both sides have advocated on PC bounties, but statistically this have created lot of hate. It have also opened for lots of exploitz, cheats, hate tells, short cuts,people going to extreme to get the jedi or to get away from BHs. We got situations on both sides raising complaints: jedi: that the BHs are too strong and jedi got too many nerfs. While the BHs screat that jedi do for example AFK house sitting, AFK grinding on ryatt trial plus so very much more! All these complaints are unneccesary. All these complains ruins the game. All these complaints are taking up time for the CSR/Devs they could have spent on other things, of more important character.

I hope that this will end the hate now between jedi and BHs. It does nothing but ruin the game for all!

Well I wouldn't say we lost the war vs Jedi. It never really was about population control after permadeath. I don't agree with this bitterness between the classes either. Both asa BH and a Jedi I'm excited about the changes, but I sincerely doubt it will be revenge of the Jedi come 11-15. It's all on a balanced scale then, should make PVP far more diverse. I hope that when people see that Jedi is just like any class they'll drift from it to other classes and the GCW will pick up again, but that's prolly just a dream. Who know's come 11-15 we may all be fearing spies, Jedi and BH both 0.o.
