ok I need help,

I am a wookiee mbh, mcarbineer, 1000 cm.

i have a nice E11 mark 2

damage 424 - 1063

with a sac powerup I have a sac of 63.

my wookiee armor is 7k to energy and 6k to kenetic and base

I cannot seem to do any real damage to a jedi my combat log shows hit with an avg of 200.

I start my attack with imp charge, imp cripple, leg shot, adv. critical. then I try to kite but I can never keep them further then 14- 20 meters. usally I'll get knocked down or rooted then I will die when I cannot heal myself in time.

what do i need to do to get better, you know be more of a threat.

Get a weapon with a higher min damage, eat lots of accuracy food, slice your armor against Armor Break, dont let them get within 32m of you (burst run food helps). This is assuming you are fighting a Defender / Lightsaber Jedi.
