I would go with 0/0/2/0 for the Healing Efficiency..with just 0/2/0/0 you only have like +5 Healing Efficiency from Novice Medic and that isn't going to do you much good..much better going with the Efficiency healing line to boost your heals and also get BE Healing Efficiency Shirt/Bandolier and anything else you can get your hands on and couple that with Ruby B and some good stims. Bacta Toss does work on a different timer but you also can't kite with it because you pause to toss the bacta wherein just the shot you can keep running without pause at all

if you go medic 0020, a +17 (or highest you can get) BE'd medical effiency shirt, and another +8 in skill tapes your basic bacta shot will give you some very good healing while your stimDs recharge.

if you're buffed and have +mind enhancing foods or spices, i think you'd do very nicely.

right now, i'm at 0010 medic with a +17 healing efficiencyBE'd shirt (no tapes yet) - and i can heal for about 750 health with just my bactashot. i understand there's some +healing eff drink also.

when i go into battle i eat a blob candy + vercuptti (sp?) + a synthsteak at the last second. i keep my stomach empty to eat rubyB if i need it. but, i'd pop a +healing drink if i had some.

Citros Snow Cake adds to healing efficiency, but it's short duration - around 2 minutes. If you're just doing NPC missions, grab a med droid or combat droid with med module. With the droid + medic 0020 + a good BE medic shirt, you're looking about about 1200 point heals. Add in Citros Snow Cake, and that becomes around 1500 or more... plenty for NPC stuff.

It would be best if you invested those skill points somewhere else, that low healing skill just won't cut it, with all the BE stuff in the world. My advice is either invest some more in pistoleer or drop pistols completely and go CM4000. That's ofcourse if you wanna have a shot at jedi, you might do ok in PvE with good armor.
