Been having this idea - How would a "melee" BH do in pvp and pve?

like MBH+MTka or something like that..

anyone tried that?

would love you hear some insight.

Great combo for PvE, not so great PvP although workable enough with a bit of skill. CoB is absolutely amazing for defense VS the bosses. Also in melee the NPC's will nromally revert to a pistol which is nowhere near as damageing as their rifles.

NEVER EVER duel another TKM, you will be in for a LONG fight. I started duelling a TKM \ Fencer, with my TKM MBH, I tried switching between melee and ranged etc, the problem was we were so evenly balanced and both were able to heal and regen mind faster than the other damaged us, we were constantly at full mind \ full health, very good fun . but ended the duel due to the fact that we were just going to fight till we fell asleep asleep at the keyboard.

hmm and how do you fare against Jedis?

Depends largelly on the Jedi, went up against one guy who seemed to think BH didnt stand a chance and he had to chanel 5 times or something before I missed a vital heal, but then shortly afterwards heard the same jedi calling exploit when another MBH took him to pieces in about 10 minutes. I was told by someone else that this BH was a well known Jedi Slayer.

In all honesty I havent yet run enough Jedi missions to really know, I know MCM is my real bane, as I have to get close to use the best part of my tempalte, and thats where they do their worst, for some reason the DOT's seem to really kill me, I can run their mind down, but their dot's get me before I finally wear their health down

I would say a PRE-CU sabre is your worst night mare as you WILL be in range for them to do their worst. TKM does not compliment the MBH for PVP Swordsman TKM doc is the best combo for pvp but then you cant pull jedi missions.

If you want a Jedi killing template MCM MBH pistol xxx4 is the way to go

so far Ive taken down 2 Jedis - neither in an overly honourable fashion and not been killed by a mission jedi, only been taken down byduel Jedi. But I cant claim thats down to template strength or PvP skill. Luck of the draw each time.
