Thread: Time for a serious question

I never post much any more due to all the flames coming from the new gen of people who never saw what this game was like and how its changed over the past 2 years they will never know what it was like and that sucks i wish the cu never came but thats not my point right now.
But i have to know why is it that BH AND Jedi both generalize each other? All i ever see is i HATE ALL JEDI post and I HATE ALL BH post. Did you ever think that there are actual people who play a bh or a jedi? a real living person not an npc. Its a game we all pay the same 15 and were all playing the same game so why is there so much hate? Pure hate for other people you've never met or come in physical contact with?

Most of the people who play this game have never been in a situation of having anything to fight against. They are young, bored and apathetic and therefore seek a common enemy to band together against because they figure safety in numbers is best and they lack the intelligence andcourage of thier convictions to stand on thier own and argue with a single person, so they blanket attack an entire demographic because they do not need to use any brainpower and the chances of a direct reprisal are negligible.

Dont take it so seriously m8, its just a game so its just a rol. When we say "i hate all jedis" we're just kidding. We dont hate the ppl who play a jedi or a bh.

i wasn't taking it seriously i know its just a game i fear that most of the people who play said bh or jedi don't know its just a game. my biggest problem are the people who buy ebay jedi or who are new to the game and scream nerf.
why not work for the better of this game. if every thing is nerfed then there is no game. but then again most people can't think outside of there very small box they live in and think on a larger scope its just easy to say nerf em i want i win to call it a day. which is a shame this game was 100000000000000x better pre cu but due to the nerf call the devs gave us a CU we didn't ask for and all my fellow vets know this not the new players.
i really wish every one could work together to fix the game not nerf it

Actually, that's not strictlycorrect - we were asking for a combat upgrade for like a year before they did it - in fact, when they decided to do JTL instead of a combat revamp we all went apesh!t.
I agree though, the game was more fast paced and enjoyable before - they should have just balanced the old system, not cloned WoW and tried to pass it off as months of hard work.

Hans ...I wouldnt take their hate comments so sseriously....it could be this RPG personality they take a little too seriously.....me I use every dirty cheap exploit I can....if I win and their pissed I just laugh back....sorry man....jobs suxs I know but I need the bucks.....lol....If they use a bug or exploit on me Im not pissed at them....If I get pissed its at these low rate coders for making more bug wear and rushing it to market.

The red part above is the problem; the attitudes that either class gives the other is where the problem lies. Personally, on my Jedi, I'd rather die, with full xp loss, daily to an NPC BH such as Boba Fett than to ever be hunted again by 13 year-old player (or those who act that age)who mistakenly thinks he is the "solution" to the Jedi "overpopulation" and that by killing a Jedi, he suddenly wieldsthe power to make them resign from their chosen profession.

Maybe they are roleplaying. Ever think of that? I say I hate all Rebel Jedis. I am an Imperial BH and only hunt Rebel Jedi. What is wrong with that?? I hate them so I hunt them. Why do you think that everyone should get along?? Sorry, but I am not going to log in and hold hands with Jedi, or tell them that they look very nice today. I am a BH that hunts Rebel Jedi for the Emperor.
Like someone already said, I think you are taking this way too seriously. If you had to take a break from a message board then yes, you do take things way too seriously. I can't imagine ever being affected so much by a message board that I have to stay away from it.
