Thread: MBH/Smuggler ?

I've tried Pistoleer and i loved it, it was just a fun temp...I'm currently a MCM and i get about the same Results from Master Pistoleer from MCM(just isnt asfun)so i was thinking maybe take up Smuggler and get Pistols xxx4 but lose pretty much all medic healing.Is Panic and Concussion shot worth it?

Concusion used to rock before they fixed it. Now it's good if they use AI or if you need to get away, that's about it. Smuggler is more of an escape profession an offensive professions, but you can get lucky on occasion with last ditch.

I actually dueled someone using Concussion shot maybe a3-4 weeksago probably a little less than that what did they change?....He pretty much used KD Concussion and just used Rubies and Stims to heal it took a long time for the fight to end though.

Ok so Concussion Shot is a paralyze i think im going to trythis plus Feign Deathlooks fun ive been hit from behind a lot from that.

It can be done.... however it's a difficult template to use for PvP..... but you may also want to take a look at Smug 4000.
Either way, what you do when you fight a Jedi bounty (like mister bloodgaze) is to keep away from them the whole time (or as much as possible). This is not easy to do. But considering how easy it is to gain xp now.... I encourage you to try both Smug 4000 and Smug 0004........ Then if you aren't happy with it, try MBH / MPist / Carb 0440.... This gives you another kiting style template, but a bit more damage output.... and you can use a carbine as well with very good results.

Concusion used to be a really long root that didn't break on damage and could be chained. This let you keep your mark at distance the entire fight with ease. Now it just paralyzes them completely but will break if you look at them wrong or if the wind blows.

There's more to Smuggler than just Concussion Shot.
I am an MBH/MSmug/Pistols xxx4 and I do just fine against boss marks and other high-level mobs (I've soloed GDKs with this build). You'll also do well in group situations... and the nice thing is, you'll be able to loot your own slicing tools.
