In the past, it was nerfed by the Bounty Hunter community because we were "stealing" your marks with it. So, /peace became a requirement for the target to perform before /rescue would pull the attacks from them onto the Ranger. However, /peace is no longer in the game, so.

Can we please use /rescue now? Geez.
