Well as most of you know how borked the FRS was, and people killing BH's for FRS exp. So am I the only one that sees a start of the FRS coming back in to play? No names, no payout...seems like their way of fixing the old borked FRS to me. I know this is not the Jedi forums, but Just seems like the answer to why their doing this opposed to greving. I doubt that their taking names off for greving purposes.

Thoughts, comments?

Who ever cannot take care of himself without that law is both.

IMO it will be miore likely (especially during the quiet times on a server) to unintentionally grief certain Jedi, for example you only hunt Rebel Jedi and thus only take rebel missions, you take a mission on one of only 10 that are online and are successful. Feeling elated you go and take another mission onan un-named Jedi. Woe an behold by the time you get to jhim, get a target on him and so excited at the time you realise your actually killin the same Jedi that you killed not 20mins before.

On a positive note, it's no longer classed as griefing because the Dev's in thier wisdom *fixed* it.

Happy Day's.............

That was one of many problems caused by having the name given out. Truth be told this is more of a 'nerf'to jedi than it is to BHes. It is really more of a means to remove questionable exploits and harassment. There will still be ways jedi can get these missions to work to their advantage, but it is more difficult now.

True, but i dont think IMO this was supposed to be a nerf for either sides, just the begaining phaze of the FRS. As things turn out you guys have no idea what your going up aganst, which blows chunks. You go after a guy that could have 2 lv 4 skills, and classify him as a lv 80, and without knowing it could verywell be a knight. On the other hand it gives full templates abit more excitement, in a way of speaking.

There are some very good BH out there who work their templates to give them a great strategy. This strategy either works or doesn't work depending on how well they use that strategy and what jedi template they go up against. Same goes with gear. If they go up against a master defender, master swordsman in 8000 energy recon armor, they will find themselves dead, while against a master lightsaber they will have some protection. I don't buy into this 'we can't take down a full templated jedi' bs. Learn to play the game. Those that do have success, all be it not every time.

I see this more of an attempt to save the Jedi/BH system. If these changes do not solve the problems with the jedi/BH system, then they will have to do away with it to a large degree. The Jedi population is becoming their player base and they do need to address problems and concerns of the player base. FRS if it ever comes back is a seperate issue. I doubt BH kills will have much to do with that system due to past abuses of the Jedi/BH system.

I receive tells from friends that say "hey you are on the terms" within minutes of logging on. Now I realize it will not be 100% but BH that "know" the terminals will pick up who just got added to it and know who just came on (unless they are truly plain label generic mission descriptions). Chances will favor the mission being who they wanted or think it is. Opposite that I see Jedi still "holding" missions with alts by logging on and watching teminal for an addition, even though more difficult it might be done, hence the reason of the 3 day ALL missions will decay out of Datapad.
