Thread: BH loot : A question

Hi All,
This is going to sound like a stupid question, but am i getting the same NPC missions as everyone else? Im going for the highest non jedi missions i can (about 30 -31k). But the loot drop just seem to be smuggler loot ( trigger mechs etc). It seems that every other bh get AA's etc. Is there higher missions im missing? Or do i just have to keep plodding along waiting for that big score?

You have to keep plodding along, i hunt npc's when im broke and have been hunting for 3 days straght without and good stuff but today i looted a lightsaber exp +15

During the Investigation grind, I looted not one, not two, not three, but 31 simple toolkits consecutively.
Once I removed my head from the wall, things got better. My last boss mark dropped a BH armor schem, a clear crystal, an advanced weapon stock, and a set of power cells. I was.. *stoked*
I figure that was karma for my patience during the grind paying off.
Like everyone said, patience. I've found the loot to be exceedingly streaky.

I've recently started taking notes on different aspects of NPC marks and the loot they drop. Out of all of today's missions, only the level 81's dropped anything besides slicing components (82's dropped nothing good).

I got more and better CAs (no AAs as of yet) during the grind. I even got 4 Glow Stick rocks to drop. After mastering I started to get my BH armor schems to drop (5 to date) I have only been a master for a week. It is random so perhaps my smugglers luck had something to do with it. As for the slicing loot try to find a MS/MAS or a MS/MWS you can trade the loot for sliced armor or weapons.

as a level 78(MBH/2444Pistol/4xxxCM)I can have good and bad days. I think loot tables set themselves on login. Have found no difference between elite and regular, though there should be imo. Same with cl. Never found the non-populatable planets to drop more/rarer items, though this should be also since you drive at least half again as far to get to the mark. Was 80 at a point, and didn't notice any specific bugs then either.
