Thread: Can someone post a link to a good character builder

Hi everyone, Does someone have a link to a good character builder? Also I have heard that there is a level calculator... if anyone has a link to that please post it as well. I came up with what I thought would be the ultimate BH and then found out I'm only lvl 76 Thank you in advance for your help.
