non bh, cl80 player
marks were 78-80ish, regular npc, no silver or gold bars.

loot:
bugs, simple toolkits... i have not looted these since i was cl30ish...
ouch

before every mark i got was silver or gold bar...

Yep part of the official non MBH loot nerf as described in the publish 23 notes. As requested not so long ago in this very forum. MBH get elites and bosses and the better loot.

it's not better loot, it's that the cl80 non mbh loot is worthless now.
