Thread: 36k health NPC mark success!
ah...by the way, i'm dropping my creature harvesting line (as needed) to move up to doctor. initially i was going to go medic 0340 to get the bactatoss/bactaspray to use the enhancers. but, i figure if i continue to add more healing efficiency by going up to 4000 doctor my bactashot/bactajab will be just as good or even better.
thoughts on this?
Nice one. I pulled a 36k ham boss the other night on Endor as well. My temp is: MBH, MCarb, CM 4000 ...and I use an elite carbine with stats of 430-1063 dmg, 1.25 modified speed, 55 SAC (with pup) and I tear through the bosses like butter. The foods I use are booster blue, blob candy, kanali wafers, pikatta pie, snow cakes (although dont really need this), and sythsteak. My attacks go like this:
Duelist stance
KD
Imp Leg shot
Adv. Crit
Torso (bleed)
Stun/Dizzy shot
Blind shot
By the time I am done with these, my duelist stance macro is ready to be hit again so I just rinse and repeat the attacks above. Works like a charm. I think the most a 36k ham boss hits me for is 200, but he misses me like 7 out of 10 hits usually because of my defense, pikatta pie (dodge bonuses), and the duelist stance. So normally throughout a boss fight I have to heal maybe 3 times or so. With snow cakes I can heal for about 1200 on regular bacta shot. I don't wear any BE +healing eff clothing either. I have a ranged and melee defense shirt instead. But I dont know i might change and grab a heal eff shirt instead that has 4 sockets on it. Not sure.
The loot I got off the last boss mark was a 5 stack of power cells (164 max dmg, -0.79 speed, -8 cost / a CA that I sold for8 mil / and a BH schem chestplate. Not too shabby.

I got a 32k(approx) lvl 80 gold chevron boss last night. It was my first fight where I was actually somewhat prepared. 
Anyway, my template is Master Smuggler/BH, no medic skills. My weapon is a speed sliced Featherweight FWG5. I used Vas Brandy, only one synthsteak as I was too busy panic'ing and a Nuetron Pixie for buffs. Had no Duelist Stance running as I forgot to make a macro. During the fight I had to hit my Stim D twice, and even still I resorted to using Last Ditch at the last second.

It was fun, and I got a delicate trigger for my troubles.
You gotta love last ditch. I've never been a smuggler before but I almost grinded it out JUST to get that skill.
How much damage did yours do?

If what I heard about Last Ditch is correct is should have been close to 18k(Max Health - Current Health * 6). Take into account armor and it was somewhere under 9k for sure. I'll have to start watching that from now on. All I know is I was relieved to have lived through the fight and had to focus on getting out of the area because of the Nightsister Rancors all around me.
