Thread: Tracking droid option bug?

A friend of mine's MBH toon is unable to bring up her Arakyd droid and Seeker droid's tracking options. She relogged several times and traded the droid to me and I gave it back to her, but still no go.
I can get the option from her droid myself when she traded it to me, so it's not a defunct product.
The only options she gets on any of her droids are Examine and Destroy.
Are there ways of bringing up the tracking features? I suggested to her that maybe the server's just being stupid and didn't completely update her toon's log-in status and doesn't see her as a bounty hunter yet, and suggested she log out for about 30 minutes to an hour to let the server purge her and try and see her again later. We're waiting on that now, but in the meantime, I thought to seek advices from here.

talk to CSR, but is she of approriate lvl of investigation to use droids yet?

Are they on a 56k or something? I had that problem from lag a few times when trying to work with a 56k but the options came up after a few minutes when everything around me loaded up.

That happened to me once. It was because I forgot to get the bio-sig before I tried calling my arakyd.

in the first line, I said she's MBH, hence master =)
she did talk to a CSR. They told her to relog, and close her ticket.. ugh.. worthless beings, I swear.

Cablemodem. Comcast like mine. Decent 3mbit/1mbit connection. I don't have any troubles with my droid and our computers are very similar.

Nope it ain't the bio-sig.. droid options are still there when you don't get sigs. You'll just get system messages saying that you need to get a sig before calling droids.
