Wow! Very nice my friend. That's the way to do it. And now you have slain a Jedi Master. That HAS to feel good. It doesn't matter how many times you died, you got your kill now and the icing on the cake was he was a jedi master. ![]()
Congrats again!
Honorable! Ha! Bounty Hunters are the "scum of the universe" and will do ANYTHING to get their mark. That includes getting their mark in the easiest way possible. I would have killed her while AFK. I would have done it, and not thought twice about it, except to laugh about it later. Jedi can be attacked anyplace at anytime. They know the risks. It's like when I come across a SF who is AFK. I will make a beeline to the closest recruiter, go overt, come back and waste the mother f*cker. Then I will send them a /tell saying "You've learned a lesson today: SF and AFK don't mix."

something similar happened to me, they were in a public building, so i went in started to attack..... then realized they were afk. so what did i do? KILL THEM...no i did the honorable thing, imo, and waiting till they got back from afk status then took on a fight. Did alright but she was def. a full template jedi, that or very close to one. When i laid incapped waiting for the DB, to my surprise there was no DB, in stead there was a system message saying So and So tips you 100000 credits. I then honorable aborted mission and chatted awhile. I figured that since she was afk, i would wait for a fight, instead of gankin someone of hard earned xp while they were not there and had no fighting chance. This just comes to show that if you show some respect and honor that people can unduely show the same respect in return. I aborted cause i knew i would die against her template... but still put up a fight, didnt get a db plus got some cash anyways. Moral.... what goes around can come around in good ways not only evil......my two cents.... and a penny for my thoughts

I was playing my Jedi Master on Kauri the other day and decided to go shopping for some new hawtpants at a local vendor in my city.. I was just going to run in real quick and left my AV21 outside while I shopped. While I browsed through the different colors to choose from I was immediately popped outside the building! I couldn't move and was on fire! I tried running in a circle to get the fire to go out but it was no use. Before you know it, I was on my back and dead. Nobody told me that $1500 I spent on eBay would get me spanked in game...
lol

thats what makes a difference between me and you then........ honor over easy kill. yeah u get 200k+ oh well thats easy to make in less than 30 min. using other methods. I like the aspect of having a good fight and having to fight for that win, not justincapping someone and dbing them while they arnt even there..... i consider that lame. Just goes to prove that you obviously do not have much skill at taking on a person better than you and going for the challenge. You'd rather just get an easy kill and tell everyone you killed a jedi and leave the part out about them being afk. ive seen your type and they fine tune their stories. Why not have it to where u can tell the whole truth the way it really happend when fighting a jedi thats there, then tell your friends or others about it with dignity instead of lies....
Do you really want to argue about this? We do have different sytles. But me killing an AFK SF or Jedi has no bearing whatsoever on my skill as a hunter. It's not indicitive of my prowess. If you think that it's lame to kill someone in cold bold, then that's your perogative. I've posted many times on this board my stories of killing players both AFK and aware and at the keyboard. I've also posted the stories of when I've lost. Don't be so quick to judge....
I role play the BS out of my char. The only "honorable" thing I will do is yield if they are the same faction as I am. I do not condone hunting fellow Imperials, but that's my personal preference. I don't bash others for doing it.
I typically won't attack a full templated Jedi who is sitting around with macro's running. Again, preference. While these fights are "winnable" I don't like to participate in fights that go longer than 10 min or so. I have no interest in fighting someone for 30minutes to an hour. That's decidedly NOT fun for me, but I do it on occasion.
