Hey guys im currently 2444 BH MasterRifleman with some combat medic. My friend metioned something about slicing lairs for 1k BH exp per lair, when i asked him to explain he said he was to busy hunting a jedi said to come here

So i guess my question is, is the fastest way to get invest exp to just do BH missions?

Well, that's gonna depend.

Slicing a Base (not a lair) is fairly quick and easy - IF you have a team with you to take down the NPCs. You CAN solo kill your way in to slice a base, but that's just more wear and tear on your armor and weapon IMO. Easiest way is to kill the exterior troops (If PvE base, which is far easier with lower CL NPCs), have the group run in and get the aggro of the interior troops - You can just go in and slice away with no fuss. Takes about 2 minutes to do the actual slicing at the most.
