I don't get it.
I don't know this person, but this is all they posted:
"I'm curious about something. I've completed 421 Jedi missions since the Combat Upgrade. I even have screenshots of every kill. Is there another bounty hunter on any server who can claim (and prove) to have killed more? "
Why all the hate?
Why does everyone have to accuse this person of exploiting / lying / having no life / trash talking etc etc...
Can't anyone just recognize that it's a large number of kills and congratulate the player?
I don't know the situation on this persons server, but it seems like there is so much hate ...
Why does everyone feel compeled to post their negative feelings.

The post was taken as an "I'm better than you" type of posting. Largely because the person who posted it is known for making such assumptions. I don't personally keep track of my kills, but I would wager from my PvP experience that I am better than most. I don't look at kill numbers. That's just a measuring stick that SOME use. It's like looking at someone's PvP rating. If it's 1700, that COULD very well be from Group PvP with 8-10 Jedi in the group against weaker opponents, repeatedly. If someone has a 1100 PvP Rating, it COULD be because they were "ganked" or just beaten repeatedly stronger groups. You CANNOT use kill number or PvP rating as a guage of skill level.

I think its mainly becuase the title of Greatest Bounty Hunter was SELF proclaimed, not given by his peers, and most of the people who have fought him say his combat logs show exploitation...

how can he be so great, if so many poeple never even heard of him. i know there are bounty hunters out there who are notorious across the servers, either from the forums, or from players with characters on many servers, but this mirium seems like...someone who killed a few jedi, think they are all good, and want to get some quick recognition
