Very nice, though I never understood the importance of the wound stat on weapons, thus I'm curious why you bothered mentioning it was capped

Well, unless you can get a SAC capped scatter I'd say keep an ADK on it, and then wait for smuggler slices to be resolved. I heard theres an issue with the critical slice not working properly, and the caps on damage and speed slices are both BELOW the caps of the weapon.

what server are u on? that is an ice piece! especially the SAC!!! and no slicing yet! that speed will go down 12% right? that'd be even more uber what kinda tissues were used?

Im on the Lowca Server and i believe it was 194 max tissues

Very nice. I dont know about any smuggler slicing bugs, but it there arent any, slice that bad boy, pup it and adk it and you will have one mean ass scatter.

I have a very identical scatter except SAC I think is 82, and at +133 pistol speed the mod speed is 1.14 I believe and it shoots awfully fast. Now to find me a 1K HLR and pup it up, I came across a BH today that showed me his 1398 puped HLR and all I gotta say to that is "RUN JEDI RUN!".

yah, the "rate my pistol thread" is cool i just looked at it. a lot of the pics in that thread show weapons that are poweruped and sliced, so u might want to post pics with and without powerups
