Thread: Back After a Year! Need Advice + Help!

Hey, I'm back, and its been a while.
I haven't played since you needed master marksman and master scout to become BH (not sure when that was changed though), and there was no such thing as combat level (where can I find out more about this...)
Lots of things seem different.
Any helpful FAQ's you guys could point me towards would be great.
Also, I have my respec. I've heard lots of talk about MBH, and MRifle, but I've always been fond of pistoleer.
Do you guys recommend I surrender master scout, and just keep the Exploration Tree? Or should I hold on to just Exploration Tree and Hunting Tree so I can get to CH?
Also, should I keep Master Marksman? Or should I just decide on pistols, get rid of MM, as well as everything in the rifle tree and carbine tree so I can focus more on that and specialize?
Or should I keep Master Marksman, and then continue on to BH from there?
Any tips would be GREATLY appreciated!

heh yeah, I left about 1 month after they put in the ability to hunt jedi!
hehe.
But about the respec?

I am MBH, MCarbs, and Pistols 0404.
Which tends to own most that I duel.
But your preference, if you like pistols, go that route.

0004 marks/4000 scout is all you need now. Rifles is very popular for jedi hunting now...Carbines is too but not as much. Pistol/bh are pretty rare. you need MBH to hunt now...and probably some other ranged profession for better armour. Healing is pretty important now, but some people dont think so. Some other stuff but im lazy

thanks! As far as healing goes, what trees should I go up in medic?
I used to be 2/2/2/3 becuase you used to have to be medic to use all the stimpacks and such.
Is it still the same? Whatsa decent medic spec to take just for healing backup?

you can use stims without any medic but only once every 60 seconds...30 if you take ruby bliel. 4000 CM is popular for healing, 4000 doc is too but not as much because it has higher skill point requirements. Healing skills don't use stims anymore, just the skill...although for some of the CM things theres enhancers that will make it better. Not too common because they're expensive to make though.
