I have been a carbineer/BH/CM4000 for a while now and have heavily modded armor, clothes etc with carbine speed/defense tapes, and have been using this carbine:

But a friend quit and gave me this Lightning Rifle:

and I cant decide if I should go rifleman to use it. I would have to get all new mods and everything, but it seems to be a more powerful gun with a lower sac. What do you all think?

HLC its more a matter of which template u prefer. the weapons are both good.

I'm usin my Proton as a MCarbineer w/ a lvl 4 speed slice and speed powerup its sittin @ 717 dps

haven't seen much better Haven't tried any rifle LLC combo, so can't help you on that aspect.
