Thread: Deadtech questions on mbh/mch template
with good twin or triplet pets you can have awesome DPS. Im currently a level 60, and i dueled a few jedi...while I got incaped in a few hits, my pets still put up quite a fight ![]()
so CH isn't as bad as everybody makes it out to be.

Ya, my first fight I lost. It seems he was one of the best jedi on our server, but after I went down my pet fought on for a bit. His friends who were there were congratulating my pet
I'd recommend either 2 level 35's or 3 level 23's. Way better damage than a single pet. Especially if you're the oen getting hit, then they wont die

bump, lol where is deadtech?
Who is Deadtech?Is he/she like the uberist of uber MBH/MCH?
I was 12-0 with my MBH MCH wookie named mawl before i retired him to alife of NPC looting (I hunt Jedi now with Tonie).
It is going to be harder but if you are disciplined in your attacks you can succeed. I got a full temp second time out with Mawl using a level 69 Gaping Spider Hunter that was doing about 150-300 points of damage every few seconds, it was like a DOT from hell.The pet also caused confusion.
Here are simple tips that can make ANY template (yes inlcuding Master Dancer) succesful with MBH:
I do not fight like I advise anymore (I can now run up to a Jedi and just start blazing away with success) but that has come with getting more experience, what I recommend here is what you should do for the first 10 kills or so, then you can start to develop your own style and tactics....
1. only attack if you have achieved complete and utter surprise.(meaning you can frontload a alot of damage). This will guarantee the jedi to be in a defensive position after the the first strike. You have forced him to think of only two things at this point, running or healing first AND then coming after you. .
2. Only engage if the Jedi, in addition to being completely surprised, is not buffed or his force is down, or he is engaed by MOBS or creatures. Even if you achieve utter surprise like #1 above but the jedi is not in a tough spot (in other words he is buffed and not distracted or engaged by other PvE activities) you can still lose dramatically even if you cause massive damage before reaction, so DON'T engage and follow this rule.
If you follow these two rules and drop the mission whenever you can not engage with these parameters, you will achieve success . There is nothing wrong in doing this. This is the BH way and Jedi's are 1.5 stronger for this reason.
3. Learn about foods and how they best compliment your personal template, seek out high energy resit armor, slice it for Armor break if possible. Find a good weapon with high damage that you can slice for speed. Add a power up to the weapon to let it produce even more damage (so cap damage with weaponsmith and Power up, slice speed).
4. Add a duelist macro (this is very important as it adds 250+ defense) this will help alot as well :
/duelists;
/pause 26;
/alarmaddin 0 0 STOP, DUELIST!!
/pause 1;
/macro Duelist
Be sure to use the following for deathblow so that the macro does not interfere:
/dump
/deathblow

I really only disagree with one point in tactics. Combined min damage is all that matters with pets...i.e., 1 CL 70 does like 110-120 min damage, 3 CL 23's do like 150-175 combined min damage. Add the fact that 3 pets and a droid create some serious confusion hehe. Also, depending on the states u like to use, stacking ur pets to do a bleed, stun, blind kinda combo will keep a jedi freakin out lol. (for example) leaving u to spam crit hits and heal yourself as needed.
Obviously it doesnt work always. Thing is with CH, there are soo many combos of specials to use with diff lvl pets.
