I have several in a shirt and a belt. I've always noticed a difference when using the speed tapes as opposed to not using them. Far as I know, they work.

i havnt noticed anything, i havedroid speed 5 in my shirt, dont notice a difference.

I was +25 to them all and there is no difference at MBH but bragging.

Only when grinding Investigation. At MBH you get all the speed you get in your skill points....it seems.
