I use my combat droid all the time. The damage they do adds up in a hurry. They're also useful to get to those marks in hard-to-reach places--if you have one camped in the middle of krayts or rancors, send the droid to attack first and the target will come after you once the droid goes down. I've never really had a problem with my marks' spray attacks hitting my droid either. As long as I take the first shot, my droid can last through almost any fight without taking damage.

also a good probot will have 9k armor =)
